BC 08JU1539 Cedar Waxwing (Bombycilla cedrorum).
There are a couple of ways to tell the difference between Cedar and Bohemian Waxwings. Cedar waxwings only have white and red on their wings (Bohemian have white, red and yellow). Another way to tell the difference is the color of the feathers under the tail. If they are white-grayish it is a Cedar waxwing, if it is brown or rusty color under their tail (undertail coverts) it is a Bohemian waxwing.
